The Pula Arena is the largest monument of antique construction in Croatia, the most famous symbol of Pula the sixth largest Roman amphitheaters and one of the best preserved in the world

It was built in the first century by Vespasian who was also responsible for building the Roman Colosseum. The Arena area is 11,500 m2, which corresponds to the surface of one and a half of the average football pitch. The Arena is visited by over 300,000 visitors annually and is one of the most famous structures in Croatia.
